Kebap,
the iconic Turkish food known worldwide... but however good it may be,
there is a lot more to Turkish food than what you see here. I took a
Turkish cooking class at the Sarnic
Hotel (highly recommended!) and learned a bit more about the local
food--though I didn't avoid the kebap, either.
