Usually, the snow lanterns will slowly melt away, and the citizens of Yonezawa will be able to remember by these vestiges the good times they had on this romantic weekend. But the vandals have done their best in this respect, as well. These snow lanterns will not be allowed to die a natural death this year, but instead have been murdered prematurely.
